Education Qualification Framework

The UK has a national framework for academic qualifications known as the Frameworks for Higher Education Qualifications of UK Degree-Awarding Bodies (FHEQ). The FHEQ classifies qualifications based on their level of difficulty and learning outcomes. It includes the following levels: Level 4 – Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE), Level 5 – Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE), Level 6 – Bachelor’s degree, and Level 7 – Master’s degree.

Accreditation Authorities

Accreditation in the UK is conducted by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA). The QAA is an independent body responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of higher education institutions and programs. Condition for visa refusal

If your application is denied based on immigration guidelines, your immigration officer must provide you with written reasons.

Your application was not submitted in the proper format.
Your application has been incorrectly prepared or contains missing information.
You may not have filed for the best visa for your purposes in the UK.
Immigration UK has determined that you are disqualified due to health or character difficulties.

Complete the Online Application: Students need to complete the Tier 4 student visa application online, pay the application fee, and book a visa appointment at the nearest application center.
Attend Biometric Appointment: Students must attend a biometric appointment to provide fingerprints and photograph for identification purposes.
Visa Decision: The visa processing time may vary, but once the decision is made, students can collect their visa and plan their travel to the UK.
